favoriser, pour la commune du Poiré-sur-Vie, les échanges scolaires, économiques, culturels, sociaux, sportifs et autres avec la (ou les) ville(s) jumelle(s) et organiser des rencontres, visites, séjours des délégations de la (ou des) villes jumelle(s) et toutes activités qui s'y rapporteront afin de créer entre les populations concernées des liens de compréhension réciproque et d'amitié ; elle s'efforcera de concourir à la mise en cohérence et au développement des différentes actions de relations internationales initiées au Poiré-sur-Vie sans pour autant envisager, en son nom propre, d'action ayant pour seul objectif l'aide au développement ; pour ce faire, l'association aura pour souci d'ouvrir ses activités à la participation de toutes les forces associatives, culturelles, sportives et éducatives genôtes
