cette association a pour objet la pratique sportive d'activités aéronautiques, en particulier la voltige aérienne, le vol à voile, le rallye aérien, le pilotage de précision, et le vol sur avions anciens dans le but de participer à des compétitions ou des démonstrations ; elle a pour objet la mise en œuvre de moyens d'actions nécessaires à ces pratiques, qu'ils soient humains ou techniques, notamment par l'organisation de stages de formation ou de perfectionnement ou la mise à disposition de matériels à ses adhérents pour la participation à des compétitions ; les moyens techniques peuvent être loués ou empruntés par l'association ou lui appartenir en propre ; elle a également pour objet la conservation et la mise en valeur du patrimoine aéronautique a travers l'organisation de manifestations et la préservation de matériels aéronautiques qui lui sont prêtés ou cédés, à travers la création d'un musée ; ces activités devront s'exercer dans le cadre de la législation en vigueur relative aux brevets, licences, et qualifications et conformément aux règles de la navigation aérienne ; l'association a également pour vocation l'organisation de manifestations sportives, ainsi que la restauration et la conservation du patrimoine aéronautique
