Objet :

cette association a deux grands objectifs, l'un concernant les enfants, l'autre concernant les assistantes maternelles. Cette association veut mettre en commun les expériences des assistantes maternelles et leur savoir-faire pour le bien-être des enfants qu'elles ont en garde, ceci pour contribuer un peu plus à leur bon développement. L'association souhaite également favoriser la socialisation des enfants en garde par une première approche de la vie en collectivité afin de faciliter leur première rentrée scolaire. Pour les assistantes maternelles, le but est de communiquer entre collègues, pour pouvoir échanger nos expériences et nos informations sur l'évolution du métier et rompre l'isolement. L'association souhaite également insuffler une dynamique de groupe qui permettra à chacune de s'épanouir dans son métier
