Objet :

organiser, développer et contrôler la pratique du motocyclisme sous toutes ses formes ; diriger, coordonner l'activité des associations regroupant les membres pratiquant : la motocyclette, le cyclomoteur, le scooter, le quad, et d'une façon générale, tous les engins terrestres à deux, trois, quatre roues équipés d'un guidon et propulsés par un moteur ; défendre les intérêts du sport et du tourisme motocycliste ; mener des actions relatives à la sécurité routière et à la voie publique ; assister tous les groupements sportifs et des clubs de tourisme affiliés dans l'organisation des épreuves comme dans les actions d'ordre général prises en vue de la défense des intérêts communs relatifs au sport et au tourisme motocycliste dans la région ; faire respecter et appliquer les décisions du Comité Directeur de la Fédération des Motards de France ; assurer, en liaison avec la FMF, le contrôle des comités motocyclistes départementaux constitués dans son ressort territorial
