étudier et défendre les intérêts des producteurs de lait sur le territoire départemental et national ; défendre ses adhérents notamment dans le cadre d'éventuelles procédures judiciaires ; liaison avec d'autres groupements professionnel dans le secteur agricole ; toutes interventions, actions de promotion ou autres, propres à faire connaître et à contribuer au développement et à la défense de ces intérêts, à leur diffusion auprès du grand public comme auprès des acteurs économiques et politiques dans ce secteur d'activités, sur le territoire départemental et national ; développer l'entraide, le partage entre producteurs laitiers à travers le territoire français mais également à travers tout le territoire européen grâce notamment au rapprochement avec d'autres associations, fédérations ou toutes autres structures européennes ayant des buts communs
