loger temporairement et accompagner (selon critères définis en conseil d'administration) des familles ou des personnes isolées des territoires concernés, qui n'ont pas ou plus accès aux dispositifs généraux mis en place et/ou gérés par les pouvoirs publics ; réunir les souscriptions/dons privés, individuels ou collectifs pour financer loyer et charges locatives et constituer un fonds d'entraide afin d'accompagner les personnes accueillies et de les aider à vivre dignement sur nos territoires ; mobiliser les forces d'un réseau d'associations dont l'objet est l'accueil, l'accompagnement, le logement afin d'apporter un soutien solidaire et avant tout un toit aux personnes accueillies ; assurer, par un groupe local de soutien, l'accompagnement des personnes accueillies, action de soutien qui contribue à la bonne intégration sociale, en lien avec les organismes publics ou associations compétentes (santé, alphabétisation, formation, emploi, etc) ; défendre les droits des personnes accueillies dans le dispositif défense-recours, comme soutenir dans la vie quotidienne ; impliquer les personnes accueillies, par une participation, à la mesure de leur capacité, aux activités de soutien de l'association
