cette association a pour objet de développer d'une part, entre les résidents de la vallée, l'écoute, l'entraide gratuite, la solidarité, l'amitié, la fraternité, et d'autre part, des relations de qualité entre ses membres et toutes les personnes qui peuvent intervenir à différents titres au service des résidents à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur de cette résidence ;elle est strictement indépendante de l'administration de la résidence et du restauraut social ; le conseil d'administration définit les activités qu'il juge utiles pour atteindre cet objet dans les limites des ressources de l'association en excluant toutes les activités commerciales ou à caractère économique
