récupération et recyclage auprès des théâtres publics et privés et d'autres organismes, de projecteurs d'éclairage, de matériels de sonorisation, de vidéo, etc, anciens et récents, ainsi que tous les accessoires allant avec, en mauvais état et n'ayant plus d'utilité, afin de les restaurer et ainsi de constituer un parc de matériel à mettre à disposition des organismes suivants : associations, théâtres, compagnies ou autres ; ceux-ci, moyennant une cotisation annuelle, pourront soit acheter à bas prix, soit louer à prix réduit le matériel ; ces cotisations financeront les frais d'entretien, de restauration, de transport et de stockage du matériel ; possibilité de réinsertion professionnelle ; autres domaines annexes : création d'un site de gestion des parcs de matériel lumière des théâtres privés parisiens (quantité de matériel, disponibilité, entretien, prêt entre théâtres) et aide dans la recherche de solutions techniques
