être un interlocuteur mandaté des riverains de l'avenue et du chemin Scribe auprès de la mairie de Meudon et des pouvoirs publics afin de dialoguer avec ceux-ci pour définir et faire respecter les règles de circulation et notamment la limitation de la circulation et de la vitaesse des véhicules empruntant l'avenue et le chemin Scribe, afin d'assurer la sécurité des utilisateurs notamment piétons et cyclistes riverains et non riverains, définir avec ceux-ci l'état souhaité du chemin et et de l'avenue Scribe (éclairage, trottoirs, entretien des arbres, places de parking, évolution éventuelle du statut ), par ailleur cette association pourra proposer une animation du chemin et de l'avenue Scribe
