organisation de rencontres conviviales visant a réunir les kabyles de Boulogne-Billancourt et des Hauts-de-Seine dans le but d'éveiller et d'entretenir le lien à cette culture, ainsi que son intégration, implication et engagement dans la société civile, affirmation de l'identité kabyle composante du monde berbère, développer des échanges avec la communauté kabyle des départements avoisinants et au-delà, encourager toutes actions visant à promouvoir cette culture par l'organisation de spectacles, projections de films, documentaires, conférences, débats, création de supports médiatiques, mise en place d'ateliers de création et d'animation pour jeunes et adultes, apporter aides et assistances aux migrants de la première génération par la tenue de permanences de soutien aux démarches administratives, aider les enfants et petits-enfants de ces derniers par des actions de soutien et d'accompagnement scolaire, voire l'organistaiton de séjours d'échanges en liaison avec d'autres
