Objet :

l'association libre du cinéma a pour but de faire reculer la pauvreté et la précarité des métiers de l'audiovisuel et de lutter contre les inégalités du domaine ; les actions de l'association alcf passent par quatre grandes actions primordiales : lutter, sensibiliser et former contre la précarité : des partenaires travaillant au contact de femmes et d'hommes victimes de la précarité au travail : travailleurs sociaux, magistrats, médecins ; ; ; écouter, informer, accompagner : les femmes contre la discrimination au travail ; les équipes professionnelles de l'association alcf accueillent les femmes victimes et les informent sur leurs droits, identifient leurs difficultés, offrent un accompagnement global dans leurs démarches policières, judiciaires, sociales et professionnelles ; prévenir : intervention au sein des établissements organisation de journées de sensibilisation en direction du grand public et des entreprises pour faire reculer la pauvreté et la précarité un accès à tous : accompagner et encourager les personnes souffrant de maladies mal connues ou de handicap dans leur conception et réalisation de projet audiovisuel ;
