promouvoir le rôle charnière fondamental des praticiens de santé dans la prévention et la conservation d'une bonne santé,collecter des informations sur la nutrition et la phytothérapie,délivrer des informations sur la nutrition et la phytothérapie aux membres du corps médical, aux particuliers, aux associations, comités d'entreprise, et sociétés qui en feraient la demande,organiser des enseignements sur la nutrition, la phytothérapie et plus généralement tout ce qui concerne l'hygiène alimentaire et la santé,étudier l'intérêt des ingrédients et compléments alimentaires destinés à renforcer la santé,promouvoir une bonne hygiène et une bonne alimentation auprès des écoles, entreprises et associations de consommateurs qui en feraient la demande,ider les praticiens à organiser des séances de formation sur la nutrition et les aliments-santé auprès de la population, en entretiens individuels et en conférences de formation,définir un cahier des charges pour la création d'un certificat ou label garantissant la conformité des compléments alimentaires avec les législations françaises et européennes
