définir et appliquer une politique culturelle et éducative arméniennes, en direction des populations des Hauts-de-Seine en particulier ; Soutenir l'école Hamaskaïne-Tarkmantchatz, sise à Issy-les-Moulineaux, à travers différents projets éducatifs et culturels ; Créer du matériel éducatif et culturel en langue arménienne à destination des enfants et des jeunes ; Favoriser la promotion et la transmission de la langue et de la culture arméniennes aux enfants, aux jeunes et aux adultes à travers divers projets et actions, notamment auprès des habitants des Hauts-de-Seine ; Rassembler les personnes s'intéressant aux méthodes éducatives et pédagogiques du Hamaskaïne et plus particulièrement celles habitant ou œuvrant dans les Hauts-de-Seine
