développement du sous-district en matière notamment de l'éducation, de la santé, du logement et à leurs difficultés sociales; accompagner et aider socialement les émigrés arrivés en France et en Europe en provenance de ce sous-district; si un immigré issu du sous-district Rajnagar est décédé, cette association appliquera ses efforts pour envoyer le cadavre dans sa maison natale au Bangladesh où selon le rite religieux elle arrangera la funéraire ou l'enterrement localement; elle introduira les enfants des immigrés du sous-district Rajnagar dans la culture Bangladaise et arrangera les cours de la langue bengali; selon sa capacité, cette association aidera aux immigrés du sous-district Rajnagar, qui sont impuissants, privés et en difficultés; cette association célébrera les journées nationales et religieuses du Bangladesh
