dispenser une éducation populaire en promouvant des pratiques musicales ouvertes à toutes et à tous, des travaux manuels autour de la récupération d'objets et de déchets recyclables, et de sensibilisation à la protection de l'environnement au travers d'activités «vertes» ; diversifier l'éveil musical en l'adresse autant aux enfants qu'aux adultes, favoriser l'interculturalité ; sensibiliser aux thématiques environnementales par la musique ; mettre en place un système d'échange matériel de musique / services (cours, entretien ou réparation, tarifs chez partenaires ; ; ; ) ; permettre à des artistes-pédagogues d'effectuer des interventions ; sensibiliser à l'environnement par l'utilisation de friches urbaines afin d'y mener un projet de quartier autour du jardinage
