de façon générale : l'exploitation de toutes les activités liées à la création, la production, l'organisation, la gestion, le développement et la promotion de tous spectacles et événements culturels et artistiques, notamment musicaux tant en France qu'à l'étranger ; Pour tous publics ; Au moyen de tous les supports de communication et d'édition, de toutes les techniques et technologies, des moyens humains et structurels que l'Association juge pertinent d'utiliser pour servir ses missions ; la révélation, la promotion et la diffusion d'artistes s'inscrivant dans une recherche de nouvelles expressions artistiques, et en particulier ceux issus des cultures et traditions afro-caribéennes : et plus spécifiquement : - La production, l'organisation et la promotion d'un festival culturel original nommé : «Les Kalyphonics». La création, la gestion, le développement, l'exploitation de tournées, salles, scènes, événements ponctuels créés à son initiative ou confiés à son expertise, principalement dans le domaine artistique ; l'apport ponctuel et défini d'un conseil reconnu, d'un savoir-faire, d'une expertise particulière sur un ou des événements autres que ceux dont elle a la responsabilité ; la création, l'acquisition, la location, la prise à bail, l'installation, l'exploitation de tous établissements ou immeubles se rapportant à ces activités et, plus généralement, toutes opérations quelconques pouvant contribuer à la réalisation de cet objet
