promouvoir la pratique artistique et culturelle ; contribuant à la formation et à l'épanouissement de tout public par l'étude du dessin, de la gravure, de la sérigraphie et la peinture dans ses différentes techniques et aspects artistiques ; ainsi, la création des projets artistiques et culturels ont un but culturel, social, humanitaire, éducatif et de loisirs. La démarche artistique du collectif se base principalement sur la réflexion autour de la rue comme un espace politique, l'observation du quotidien, les pratiques d'échanges et les modes de vie dans la voie publique ; tout cela utilisant l'humour et la dérision, avec comme points de départ le dessin et la sérigraphie
