Objet :

favoriser le développement de la vie sociale sur les différents quartiers de Cachan en mettant à la disposition de la population des lieux de rencontres et d'activités lui permettant, avec sa participation, de développer ses solidarités et répondre à ses attentes, notamment au sein des conseils de maison chargés du de l'animation de chaque site. Favoriser l'accueil des associations partenaires et leur participation aux actions collectives du CSC. Développer et coordonner les structures et les activités d'accueil, d'animation, de séjours de vacances et de loisirs, proposées à la population. Définir le fonctionnement général de ces Centres Socio-Culturels et des structures qui y sont rattachés (CLSH, halte garderie ou autre). Gérer le personnel, les locaux, équipements et matériels qui sont à la disposition de l'association
