améliorer l'accès aux soins pour tous, en créant, dans la cité, des lieux de consultation psychologique, des accueils thérapeutiques, et toute action pour visée le soutien à la parentalité. Les actions de Passages associatifs s'inscrivent en étroite collaboration avec les acteurs existants, dans la dynamique de prévention et de soins de la politique de santé mentale. Quiconque en éprouve la nécessité doit pouvoir bénéficier d'une prise en charge thérapeutique,d 'un soutien psychologique, et de la possibilité d'éprouver les effets de sa propre parole. C'est pourquoi les tarifs des prestations ne sont un facteur d'exclusion pour personne. Passages associatifs est aussi un lieu de recherche et de réflexions sur la clinique psychanalytique et sa place dans la cité aujourd'hui
