création, la production et la diffusion de projets artistiques, audiovisuels, graphiques, multimédias et photographiques ; les projets sont réalisés avec les biens des membres de l'association et du matériel prêté ou loué chez des spécialistes. Les réalisations ou programmes audiovisuels sont destinées à être diffusées au public par internet ou par des diffuseurs professionnels ou amateurs (festivals, télévision radio etc) COUTEAU SUISSE se veut être un appui à l'expression à travers la pratique audiovisuelle et phonographique ; elle a aussi pour objet d'être une association prestataire de formation professionnelle à l'audiovisuel, d'éducation à l'image (ateliers d'expression cinématographique et phonographique) et de conseil en stratégie et image dans le secteur artistique ou autre. Encourager la création, l'enseignement, la diffusion et la production artistique. Satisfaire à la loi française qui stipule notamment en l'article premier relatif à la communication audiovisuelle "la communication audiovisuelle est libre" l 'association est un lieu de respect et de non discrimination laïque et apolitique COUTEAU SUISSE s'engage à ce que l'audiovisuel soit un outil informatique
