Objet :

promouvoir l'expertise scientifique, technique, sociologique et économique au profit d'actions de développement économique et social, principalement dans les pays en développement (Afrique, Caraïbes, Pacifique, Amérique Latine). Développer et améliorer la production locale et son organisation, en particulier via les organisations professionnelles. Améliorer la mise en marché de ces productions, notamment au plan sanitaire, tant pour l'exportation que pour les marchés locaux. Appuyer les jeunes diplômés dans les domaines ci-dessus, en leur offrant notamment des possibilités de portage temporaires pour leurs premières missions ultramarines. Contribuer à la diffusion des connaissances relatives aux problématiques économiques et sociales liées à son objet articles, conférences, expositions, etc
