Objet :

être un cadre de réflexion et de prospective sur le développement de notre pays tant au Bénin qu'à l'international, une veille sur les intérêts de la diaspora dans le Nouveau Départ, un centre d'appui et de coordination des initiatives de la diaspora en direction de notre pays, un canal de soumission de projets, une association de compétences mobilisables pour le Nouveau Départ, et un Think Tank structuré en commissions. Elle veille à la cohérence globale de la Coordination Nouveau Départ Diaspora et fédère tout en y contribuant les initiatives déjà existantes de la diaspora béninoise. Elle se veut un cadre fédératif travaillant dans le cadre du Nouveau Départ en y associant toutes les structures de la diaspora existantes. Plus généralement elle a pour vocation de mettre en oeuvre toutes voies et moyens tendant à la réalisation des objectifs précités, notamment par l'organisation de séminaires, conférences, rencontres et toutes manifestations sociales ou culturelles en France et à l'Étranger ; et soutenir ou participer à des initiatives du même genre
