assister les ressortissants de Télimélé en France dans leurs différentes démarches administratives ainsi qu'une assistance sociale au besoin ; améliorer le niveau des écoliers aux niveaux élémentaires et secondaires ; favoriser l'éducation environnementale des citoyens pour la prise en compte de l'environnement dans leurs activités quotidiennes ; assister matériellement les centres de santé et appuyer la formation du personnel ; assister les associations locales dans la réalisation de leurs activités juvéniles et mettre en place une plate forme d'échanges entre les étudiants de Télimélé se trouvant en Guinée et ceux se trouvant en France ; démarcher auprès des autorités gouvernementales guinéennes pour le désenclavement de la Préfecture
