cette association a pour but : -d'entretenir, de préserver et d'élargir la langue tamoule, les liens culturels, philosophiques, sociaux, les coutumes et les croyances de la population tamoule vivant à cergy pontoise ; -de contribuer à l'accueil, l'assistance, l'intégration, et au soutien des tamouls résidant à cergy pontoise et des nouveaux arrivants ; -de créer des sous groupes, des clubs et d'autres centres culturels et sportifs pour l'éducation et les loisirs ; -d'être une passerelle pour crée et entretenir une relation fraternelle entre la population tamoule de cergy pontoise et toutes les autres communautés présente à cergy pontoise ; -organiser des collectes d'objet, de vêtements, de jouet, etc ; en vue d'aide humanitaire en france et au pays ;
