Objet :

développer l'éducation à la maîtrise d'ouvrage durable collective et participative ; les thèmes centraux seront le coût global, les questions d'échelles et d'usage de l'habitat ; former les habitants du Ponceau à la maîtrise d'ouvrage durable mutualisée, collaborative, et participative ; ce sera aussi le vecteur de la création d'un réseau local d'experts, qui sera une base AMO (assistance à la maîtrise d'ouvrage) de chaque copropriété ; structurer un outil de maîtrise d'ouvrage inter copropriétés qui sera mobilisable sur le plan opérationnel, et, décideur sur le plan programmatique ; les syndics sont l'exécutif des copropriétés, passent et suivent les marchés ; ce troisième objet sera effectif dans le cadre de participation à des projets municipaux, départementaux, régionaux, nationaux et européens nécessitant une maîtrise d'ouvrage commune ; promouvoir les coopérations inter-habitants pour développer le lien social et, toutes actions permettant aux habitants de rester dans la résidence ; favoriser le développement économique au sein de la résidence, en particulier le activités relevant de l'économie sociale et solidaire
