Objet :

favoriser l'insertion par l'accès à l'autonomie, c'est au travers de dispositifs d'insertion gérés par l'association au sein de ses établissements les Villageoises que les publics accueillis, au travers d'un accompagnement personnalisé, peuvent, à l'issue de leur séjour, retrouver ressources et logement ; l'association conduit son action en s'appuyant sur des fondamentaux que sont l'humanisme, la mixité sociale, la laïcité, l'adaptabilité aux évolutions sociétales ; l'humanisme est une des bases et un pilier fondamental ; l'homme au centre des préoccupations en matière d'accompagnement doit être considéré comme acteur de son devenir et en ce sens l'accompagnement est individualisé et personnalisé ; la mixité sociale, à savoir l'accueil de tout public, d'âge, de conditions sociale, physique, mentale et culturelle différentes sur un même site ce qui constitue un outil d'accompagnement en intervention sociale ; la laïcité, est encadrée par une charte afin que le respect et tolérance permettent à chaque résidant de trouver place au sein des Villageoises et de l'association ; l'adaptabilité aux évolutions sociétales place l'association dans une dynamique d'adaptation par exemple en matière de sensibilisation et d'engagement des résidents dans la dynamique du développement durable
