accueillir les familles de détenus de la maison d'arrêt du Val d'Oise à Osny pour les soutenir matériellement et moralement, être à leur écoute afin d'examiner leurs difficultés, les orienter et les soutenir dans leurs démarches auprès des services compétents, leur apporter avec persévérance, réconfort, compréhension et aide dans la recherche des solutions à leurs problèmes de tous ordres ; dialoguer avec l'administration pénitentiaire aux divers niveaux pour améliorer le vécu des familles ; l'association portera une attention particulière à faciliter le maintien des relations familiales avec le détenu notamment en rendant des services concrets tels que le transport des adultes ou des enfants au parloir ou la garde d'enfants, à titre exceptionnel, pendant un parloir
