créer et gérer une épicerie solidaire ouverte aux habitants de Jouy le Moutier et Neuville sur Oise en difficulté en coordonnant et optimisant les aides alimentaires ; offrir dans cet espace un lieu d'accueil convivial permettant une écoute, des échanges, des informations dans un esprit de solidarité ; permettre aux bénéficiaires de préserver leur dignité et favoriser leur insertion en lien avec l'ensemble des partenaires locaux ; mettre en place des ateliers d'échanges de savoirs ouverts à tout public (cuisine, couture etc) et parfois sous l'égide de professionnels notamment en ce qui concerne les problèmes de santé (PMI, médecins) des conseils en économie sociale et familiale ; conduire toute autre action forme à sa charte fondatrice
