contribuer à améliorer les offres éditoriales, les systèmes d'information, les modalités de tarification, l'ergonomie et l'accessibilité, à développer les politiques d'acquisitions et de valorisation en matière de ressources numériques, ainsi que l'observation des usagers ; évaluer et faire évoluer des offres de ressources numériques, les services associés et les modalités d'accès à ces offres sans intervention de l'association dans la négociation entre les fournisseurs et les membres de l'association ; contribuer à clarifier et à faire évoluer les relations contractuelles avec les fournisseurs ; contribuer au développement d'une offre accessible aux personnes en situation de handicap ; favoriser la coopération nationale, européenne et internationale dans le domaine de la documentation et des publications numériques à destination des bibliothèques de lecture publique
