Objet :

créer et gérer une chaîne de télévision libre et indépendante, non commerciale, citoyenne au niveau national et international ; produire et diffuser par tous les moyens des programmes audiovisuels ; créer les conditions pratiques d'exercice de la liberté d'expression, notamment audiovisuelle, à laquelle à droit chaque citoyen, en vertu des principes de la déclaration universelle des droits de l'homme, adoptée par l'ONU à Paris le 10 décembre 1948, notamment en son article 19 tout individu a droit à la liberté d'opinion et d'expression, ce qui implique le droit de ne pas être inquiété pour ses opinions et celui de chercher, de recevoir et répandre, sans considérations de frontières, les informations et les idées par quelque moyen d'expression que ce soit ; satisfaire à la loi française qui stipule notamment en l'article premier relatif à la communication audiovisuelle, la communication audiovisuelle est libre ; fournir sur tout le territoire français et international les moyens techniques d'exercer les libertés d'opinion, de création, d'expression et communication, notamment audiovisuelle, à tout citoyen, ainsi qu'à tout groupe de citoyens constitué en organisation à but non lucratif, participer à tout moyen à la défense et la promotion du tiers secteur audiovisuel, être une association prestataire de formation professionnelle à l'audiovisuel, de conseil et d'éducation populaire à l'image et autres, organiser des manifestations dans tous ces domaines, par tous les moyens qu'elle estime nécessaire la réalisation de ses objectifs
