réunir la diaspora ivoirienne en France pour la promotion économique et sociale de la communauté et le développement de la Côte d'Ivoire ; améliorer les conditions de vie sociale et économique de ses membres ; apporter de l'aide aux personnes en difficulté par des œuvres sociales et humanitaires ; promouvoir la cohésion sociale au sein de la diaspora ; assurer la prévention et la gestion des conflits au sein de la communauté, et des conflits qui pourraient survenir avec d'autres communautés à travers les missions d'écoute, de bons offices, de médiation et de conciliation ; prodiguer des conseils aux associations, aux fédérations, aux membres de la communauté et représentants de l'État ; veiller à la bonne image de la communauté ivoirienne en France auprès des autres communautés et des institutions du pays d'accueil ; insérer les Ivoiriens en France dans le cadre des démarches administratives et de l'insertion professionnelle en France ; promouvoir la culture Ivoirienne à travers des journées culturelles
