créer des liens entre les habitants de quartiers par des animations variées ponctuelles et tout au long de l'année, tout en préservant la mixité du quartier et les échanges entre les générations et les différentes cultures ; favoriser par tous moyens la participation des habitants à la vie de l'association et à la vie de quartier, en les encourageant à devenir force de proposition et acteurs du développement local ; inciter à la pratique d'activités physiques et sportives (football, course à pied, etc), à son utilisation comme outil de prévention contre toutes formes de discrimination, tout en respectant les règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et de déontologie sportive ; proposer tous autres services ou activités dont le besoin ou l'utilité pourrait se faire sentir et qu'il lui sera possible d'organiser, dans le but de favoriser son objet principal
