Historique :	Cet autel en marbre provient de la chapelle du grand séminaire, reconstruite vers 1830 et désaffectée en 1907. Sans aucun doute, il a été dessiné en 1832 par l'architecte départemental Charles Vétault, chargé de la reconstruction de la chapelle (voir le dossier Séminaire IA85001773).
